They want to go back to their youth and recreate the trip around Oz that they did in the 70s ....planning... money... farewelling family and friends.... they put their life in order and adults kids are pissed off .... refurbishing the kombi.... selecting the music of their past. He has a sudden death. she is devestated. goes into a complete funk.
cue song.
so she sets off despite adult kids worries and lack of heriatance issues (leave out maybe)
Of course the kombi breaks down and there is the gay/ queer/ trannie that can fix it. Hi shane! Is he a hitchhiker or just a bloke in a garage looking for an escape?
